The Brain Tumor Epidemiology Consortium is a self-directing consortium empowered by its commitment to foster innovative” collaborations that will lead to a better understanding of the etiology, prevention and outcomes of brain tumours.
BTEC holds annual meetings where BTEC working groups meet both individually and jointly to discuss current and future collaborations and scientific findings. The last meeting was held in Cambridge, UK, April 6-9 2010, hosted by Mr. Andrew Murphy and Ms. Jane Richardson on behalf of the Eastern Cancer Registry and Information Centre (ECRIC).
